Çağdaş Kayısı operates in a modern production facility with 5,000 m² of enclosed space, carrying out its activities based on food safety and high quality standards. Our facility infrastructure has been carefully designed to ensure that every stage—production, processing, packaging and storage—is carried out in a controlled and efficient manner.
Our production areas are organized with a workflow system that allows products to be processed as quickly as possible after harvest. Thanks to this structure, all dried fruits—especially dried apricots—are processed while preserving their freshness and natural qualities. The advantage of an enclosed facility minimizes potential risks caused by external factors.
